Readibus – Based in Reading provides small minibuses which are fully equipped for wheelchairs. They offer a door to door service as well as trips to supermarkets and Reading town centre. But you have to register with them and book ahead. Carebus – Based in Theale provides minibuses for group use so that groups can travel together. They give priority to people who have a disability, people with limited mobility, and people who would otherwise be socially excluded, where it is clear that their needs cannot be met by public transport such as buses, coaches, trains and taxis.
